All passengers will be required to submit this information by completing the on-line passenger info form located on our home page. How Did You Hear About Black Rocket Charters? I found you on the Internet I heard about you through a collegue/friend I heard about you in the Newspaper I heard about you on Television Other I have not received a Black Rocket Video. Please send me a copy so I can determine if my guests and I are physically fit to ride aboard The Black Rocket. You will receive an email confirmation within 1 week to confirm your reservation.
